  2. Hello,
    what’s the sq.ft of the unit and are they all the same? Also question about parking, any amenities, etc.
    and of course the approximate price range?

    • Hi Alex,

      Thanks for your interest in the project. Each unit will have ~2400 SF and feature the same layout with 3 beds / 3.5 baths and a 2 car garage on the first level. Amenities for each townhouse include a roof top terrace with water views and direct access to the Charles River Bike Path. The price point has not been settled yet, but will fall in the 800s.
